Merchandise Policy

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Very Large Huge Games Limited, doing business as Very Large Huge Games (“Very Large Huge Games”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

You will receive an acceptance email from Ticket Tailor once your merchandise order is accepted, which will include an order number. You will be informed if we cannot accept an order. We will generally deliver your order at the megagame you will attend, only in special circumstances will be deliver your order via post. In the case of using the postal system we will inform you.

RETURNS POLICY

Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the item itself is faulty. Personalised and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts regulations.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at: info@verylargehugegames.com to discuss the return. All sales are final and we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We will provide a returns address if we a agree to exchange the item.

The purchase by you of our merchandise for you and your party and these terms and conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual matters arising in relation to these terms and conditions) are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of any transaction between you and us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
